Adding a Custom Agreement to an Agent Record

If you have a custom agreement with an Agent it can be easily stored in SchemeServe.

Note: It must be in a recognised document format to upload – e.g. .doc, .docx, .pdf, etc.

Adding a Custom Agreement

  1. Log in to SchemeServe
  2. Click on the Agents Tab
  3. Find the Agent
  4. Click on the Agent's Link to view their profile
  5. Click on the Edit this Agent Link
  6. Click on the Agreements Tab
  7. Click on the Browse Button to find the custom agreement file you need
  8. Double Click on the File
  9. Click the Upload Button
  10. Click the Save Changes Button or click the Cancel Button to exit without changing the Agent's file
