Disabling an Agent's Account

It is possible to either temporarily or permanently disable an Agent Account in SchemeServe. You might want to do this if you have created the Agent but want to wait until you have finalised contractual arrangements or if you wish to suspend the agent's account.

Note: If you wish to permanently disable the Agent's account but don't wish to delete it – you follow the same steps but you do not enable the account again.

Disabling an Agent Account

  1. Log in to SchemeServe as an administrator
  2. Click on the Agents Tab
  3. Find the Agent
  4. Click on the Agent's Link
  5. Click on the Disabled Button
