Enabling an Agent's Account

If you have disabled an Agent's account for any reason it is quick and simple to enable that account so that the Agent may begin doing business on your behalf.

Note: As soon as an agent is Enabled on the system they can create new Cases

Enabling an Agent

  1. Log in to SchemeServe as an Administrator
  2. Click the Agents Tab
  3. Find the Agent
  4. Click on the Agent's Link
  5. Click the Enable Button
  6. Click the OK Button to Enable the User OR Click the Cancel Button
  7. If you wish to send a welcome e-mail to each each user for the Agent containing their user names and password click the OK Button or Click the Cancel Button to enable the account without sending the welcome e-mails
  8. There may be additional options on the account regarding document creation – to stop this tick the Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues box
