Switching Agent for an existing Case

Sometimes Agents will need to be changed on a Case. For example; the original Agent may be bought out by a larger Agent.

Changing an Agent

Note: This must be carried out on a case-by-case basis, there is no bulk switching facility at this moment in time.

  1. Log in to SchemeServe as an Administrator
  2. Search for the Case you need
  3. Click the Switch Button
  4. Enter the Agent ID for the new Agent
  5. Click the Save Button
